How to Make Fruit Juice with Aloe Vera

Using your knife chop off a broad Aloe Vera leaf from the outer side of the plant and keep it erect inside a glass or tumbler, this would allow most of the latex to drain out, which if ingested can upset your stomach.

Rinse the leaf properly under running water and then chop off the spines on the border of the leaf.

Using the knife, thinly slice out the uppermost green layer and discard it. Right below it would be the yellow layer of latex, carefully remove that too.

Using the spoon scoop out the clear white colored Aloe Vera gel and put it in a blender or juicer to extract its juice.

Prepare the juice of the fruit of your choice and blend it with the freshly extracted Aloe Juice. Here you have the complete freedom to experiment with your taste. Some suggestions would be:

  • Combination of cucumber and lemon with 4-5 tablespoons of Aloe Juice
  • Combination of Watermelon with 4-5 tablespoons of Aloe juice
